เครื่องตัดแก๊สอัตโนมัติเดินตามราง เป็นเครื่องตัดแก๊ส ชนิดเดินตรง สามารถปรับความเร็วได้ตั้งแต่ 0 - 750 มิลลิเมตรต่อนาที เครื่องตัดแก๊สตัดเหล็กได้หนาถึง 100 มิลลิเมตร น้ำหนักเบา เคลื่อนย้ายง่าย ปรับมุมองศาที่หัวตัด ให้ตัดแบบเซาะร่องหรือกระทั่งตัดเป็นวงกลมได้ เครื่องตัดตามราง สามารถเดินหน้าและถอยหลังได้

เครื่องตัดตามราง มีวางจำหน่ายสองรุ่น คือ เครื่องตัดตามรางแบบหัวเดียว (CG-30) และเครื่องตัดตามรางแบบสองหัว (CG-100)

 

ARCTECH Straight line gas cutting machine (CG1-30) is made of high strength aluminum alloy. The straight line gas cutter comes with single torch; it can be grooved cut as I, Y and V shape. It is suitable for ship building, petrochemical plants and steel fabrication where heavy duty gas cutting tasks are applied. ARCTECH gas cutting machine is for straight line cutting and circular cutting with 200 millimeter of diameter. CG1-30 gas cutter functions with forward and backward cutting and speed adjustment. ARCTECH straight line gas cutter is also available for double-torch and triple torch gas cutter.

 

เครื่องตัดท่อ รุ่น CG-11Y เป็นเครื่องตัดท่อ เดินด้วยโซ่คล้อง มีน้ำหนักเพียง 13 กิโลกรัม ไม่ต้องใช้ไฟฟ้าในการตัด จึงใช้ได้ดีกับงานนอกสถานที่ ตัดท่อเหล็กได้หนาถึง 50 มิลลิเมตร ใช้ได้ทั้งแก๊ส ออกซิเจน-อะเซทิลีน หรือ ออกซิเจน-แอลพีจี หัวตัดของเครื่องตัดท่อรุ่น CG-11Y ปรับมุมองศาได้ จึงสามารถตัดเป็น V shape ได้ และเครื่องตัดท่อ รุ่น CG-11D ขับเคลื่อนด้วยระบบแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า เลือกปรับระดับความเร็วได้

 

ARCTECH Hand Pipe Gas Cutter CG2-11Y is ideal for pipe gas cutting where there is no electricity available. The Hand Pipe Gas Cutting machine is designed for heavy duty tasks with aluminum alloy body. The CG2-11G weighs only 13 Kilograms which makes it light and portable. The pipe gas cutting machine is available with chain belt which is used for lock steel pipe. It can be adjusted depending on diameter of pipe. The ARCTECH Hand Pipe gas cutter is also comes with automatic pipe gas cutter (CG2-11D) (electricity required)

 

เครื่องตัดตามแบบ เครื่องตัดตามแบบ รุ่น CG-150 เป็นเครื่องตัดตามแบบ ที่ผลิตด้วยเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย สามารถตัดได้ทุกรูปทรงตามตัวอย่าง เหมาะสำหรับอู่ต่อเรือ โรงงานบอยเลอร์ และโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก ใช้ได้กับเหล็กที่มีความหนาถึง 100 มิลลิเมตร เครื่องตัดตามแบบ รุ่น CG-150 ตัดตามแบบทรงสี่เหลี่ยมได้ขนาด 500 x 500 มม. ตัดแบบทรงกลมขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 600 มม. ตัดแบบทรงสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าขนาด 400x900 หรือ 450x750 มม.ได้

เครื่องตัดตามแบบมีน้ำหนัก 56 กิโลกรัม ใช้ได้กับไฟบ้าน 220 โวลท์

 

ARCTECH Profiling Gas Cutting Machine CG2-150 is suitable for batch production of same cutting patterns. The Profiling Gas Cutter is able to cut 100 millimeter thickness steel. The original pattern can be square of 500 by 500 mm. and circle of 600 mm. maximum diameter. ARCTECH Profiling Gas Cutter is also available for CG2-150A when the cutting pattern is larger.
